How to control product quality?
1. Raw material storage inspection
All incoming raw materials undergo strict verification, comprehensive testing of material chemical composition, mechanical and physical properties, and appearance flatness to prevent unqualified raw materials from being put into production and control quality from the source.
2. First article full inspection confirmation
Before mass production of each batch of products, strict implementation of the first piece full inspection system is carried out, which comprehensively tests the dimensional accuracy, process details, and appearance quality. Only after the first piece inspection is qualified and approved, can mass production be started.
3. Production process inspection
Regular quality inspection is implemented throughout the production process, with frontline quality inspectors conducting periodic sampling records three times a day to monitor the stability of the production process in real time, promptly identify production deviations, and eliminate batch quality issues.
4. Full inspection of finished product shipment
After the production of the order is completed, a comprehensive final inspection is carried out on all finished products, achieving 100% full inspection for key dimensions and core parameters of the product. Provide customers with complete size inspection reports and material certification reports for shipment synchronization, so that customers can have a basis for acceptance.
5. Professional protective packaging and transportation
Not only does it strictly control the production quality of products, but it also pays more attention to the protection throughout the transportation process. All products are individually classified and packaged, with professional filling and fixing of gaps in wooden box packaging to completely avoid problems such as bumps, scratches, deformations, and dimensional deviations during transportation, ensuring that the products are delivered intact to customers.
